After the summer holidays, the summer is far from over. There is always late summer to look forward to! The rich assortment of flowers & plants at this time of year invites you to create wild, lush bouquets in cheerful colours and vibrant plant pots; either solo or mixed. Perfect for both indoor and outdoor use!
Happy summer
You can hold on to summer much longer with colours that radiate energy, such as yellow, orange, red, bright pink and purple. Mix and match to your heart’s content, after all, why would you choose one colour when you can combine them all? Colourful bouquets with lots of contrast are the go-to flower trend! A cheerful bouquet works really well as the centrepiece on your table.

A summer bouquet on the outdoor table
The indoors and outdoors are increasingly melting together. So it makes perfect sense to put a bouquet on the outdoor table and flowering terrace plants in the house. Of course, the other way around is still possible too. Choose similar colours (or colour mixes) to create a sense of unity between inside and outside. In this way, everything becomes one big, bright space to relax and recharge.

Tips & ideas
- On a large (roof) terrace, you can use flowering plants as a room divider between different seats or corners.
- Create an exciting colour contrast by combining light and dark shades. You can do this in bouquets and in groups of flowering plants, but also in plant-pot combinations.
- Regularly water your flowering plants and deadhead them. In this way, you will enjoy them well into late summer.
