Marketing & Communication Specialist (Pot & Bedding)
As Marketing & Communication Specialist at Royal Van Zanten, you are the driving force behind our marketing and communication activities. You will develop and execute inspiring product and corporate campaigns, contributing to the positioning of our products and achieving our commercial goals. In this versatile role, you will work closely with various departments, including product management, market management and sales. Together you will ensure a strong, consistent and professional image of our company.
Your location is Rijsenhout, but you will occasionally be at other locations. The position is for 24 – 32 hours per week (negotiable).
What will you do?
- Develop and execute marketing and communication plans.
- Organize and coordinate open days, flower trials and (international) trade fairs.
- Coordinate and launch product introductions.
- Managing budgets and monitoring project schedules.
- Writing and editing catchy texts for various communications.
- Monitoring the corporate identity and managing corporate media such as printed material and promotional gifts.
- Maintain and update our websites and social media channels.
What do you bring?
- HBO working and thinking level with experience in a similar position.
- Experience in and/or affinity with the floriculture sector.
- Strong communication skills.
- Skilled in MS Office and social media; affinity with graphic production and photography.
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.
- Creativity, curiosity and a proactive, customer-oriented attitude.
- Accuracy and the ability to handle information confidentially.
- Independence and flexibility; a real team player with a hands-on mentality.
