To further expand our Human Resources department, we are looking for an HR employee for 20-24 hours per week.

Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for a wide range of HR processes and personnel administration. You will deal with issues such as absenteeism, health and safety, communication, training and payroll processing. You support the recruitment process and ensure a professional on-boarding of new employees. You are a reference point for your colleagues regarding terms of employment, personnel regulations, etc.
Your workplace is at our headquarters in Rijsenhout (N-H).

We are looking for candidates who:
– Have an HBO working and thinking level
– Are following or have completed a relevant HRM study
– Are experienced with the Office package (especially Word, Excel and Outlook)
– Have a good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
– Have editorial skills and be able to communicate with employees and management
– Have experience with HR work (can also be an internship)
– Have an affinity with digital applications
